There is a lot of demand for Orange County real estate right now, and it’s not just your typical buyers anymore. We have the investors looking throughout South Orange County for places to snatch up and get a great rate of return. Many of those investing in Orange County real estate are paying cash, and as the rental rates continue to go up we can expect more and more people to jump into the investment waters. That was the beginning of the torrent of calls and emails subsequently received from many agents and buyers because once the video tour went live the flood of inquiries really came pouring in! As a convenience to the seller, something you can consider when demand is high and inventory low, we are holding this home open, January 20th, 2013 from 12-4 to allow all buyers a chance to see and make an offer on this home and so the seller and their family aren’t constantly disturbed by showings, clear the house for a few hours we will gather all the offers, review, counter, get the best and finals and open escrow. This isn’t something we could of even considered before the market turned this past February and inventory got so tight, but right now it’s an option sellers can elect.
