Orange County Real Estate - stable market and seasonal slow down

So we have a firmly established stable slower moving market and now the seasonal slowdown that hits this time of year is in effect so expect the market to move a bit slower while prices remain pretty firm.

Active Inventory -slight decline as expected for fall

This is a perfectly normal seasonal decline in active listing we see every year at this time.

With the established range for this market with a slight rise because of the seasonal slowdown we have at this time of year.
