Inventory remains low even as demand remains high.

Still not a lot of homes on the market for this time of year. Prices are solid, but not rising as would be expected to meet the high level of demand largely due to post housing bubble burst policies put in place to limit the rise in prices.

Days to Sell - hits a 12 month low

This is as low as the days to sell number for Orange County has been in the last year.
