Orange County Real Estate – the slow and steady trend continues

So with two months of summer 2014 in the books we have a firm trend of a slow and steady market set in. Growth is slow and stable and the market is moving at a normal sustainable pace.

Active Inventory  -slight rise

Just a slight rise in active inventory but still higher then it was 12 months ago.

Sales Prices - stayed firm

Prices have pretty much stayed in the same range for the past three months reflecting the slower and more stable conditions you would expect in a normal market.

Months of Inventory - another slight rise

Another slight rise but still in the same range over the past few months and much higher than it was this time last year.

Volume - slight fall

Again nothing exciting here holding steady over the past few months and much lower than it was this time last year.

Days to Sell - slight rise

No surprise here another steady number reflecting a normal neutral market.

What all this Means to:

Sellers –  For sellers expect it to take around 60 days to sell your home at a price in line with recent closed sales.
