Is this increase in activity foreshadowing of a busier summer than anyone predicted?

Most experts estimated that Orange County real estate would have a pretty good summer, but if this early activity is any indicator this could be a summer of massive activity and even noticeable positive pricing pressure. It is to early to tell but keep an eye out as the weeks roll on.

Sales Prices - a second rising month which might start a summer trend

We could see some moderate but noticeable positive price moment in Orange County real estate this summer.

Volume -big jump up

This was an unusually large increase for this time of year, but keep an eye on it volume may be much greater than anyone predicted this summer.

Days to Sell - continues to fall

As expected and this number should continue to fall as the year goes on.

What all this Means to:

Sellers -The market is hinting at what could be an outstanding summer for sellers. It is to soon to tell for sure but if you are pondering putting your house on the market in the coming weeks pay extra attention to the trends as they continue to come out.
