“It’s just a simple thank you note,” she says as she hands it to me. In the modern world of social media with Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+ and so on a simple hand written thank you note is refreshing. You see that note took time to do. First you have to take time to pick out a card, think about what you are going to write and then either mail or hand it to the person. I know I get paid for helping people sell and buy their homes but there is something about getting a card or hand written note saying thanks so much for all you did to make our dream home a reality. I still have all the notes and cards given to me over the past 14 years of real estate. Those notes, cards and testimonials are very motivating to me and a reminder to always put my client’s interest first and foremost in accomplishing their real estate goals. So remember it’s not just a note or a card it really has an impact on the person receiving it.

“Greg and I could never thank you enough for our new home! You went above and beyond a normal realtor and I can say you have reinstated our faith in kind, helpful realtors. You knew what Greg and I went through and how important our success was and you never gave up! Even when we lost hope you always believed. Thank you for everything.” Kelly & Greg, Laguna Niguel
