Dana Point Real Estate at a Glance:  Activity ticks up as we enter the prime summer selling season -we had a nice uptick across the board and the attached Dana Point homes saw a massive upswing in volume and a nice rise in prices. Summer in Dana Point is beautiful and it should be a fantastic market for both buyers who benefit from increased inventory and low interest rates and sellers who benefit from rising prices and increased demand.

South Orange County Real Estate General Economic Conditions: Overall the Orange County Real Estate Market is heating up and we should see a pretty good summer. Prices slight fall that really was more a factor of volume in the lower end of the detached home market.

Volume slight drop off most of which was at the very top of the detached home market.

Months of Inventory  rose up as more homes hit the market as we enter summer. This number ought to be much lower next month and through summer.
