Dana Point Real Estate at a Glance:  seasonal slowdown continues - as expected the market remained pretty slow. Despite the number of active listings falling the volume remained strong showing there is still enough interest in Dana Point to meet the supply.

South Orange County Real Estate General Economic Conditions: the theme with Orange County Real Estate right now is stable/flat prices, decreased inventory and steady demand. Considering we just came out of the holiday season this is a pretty good market to be a buyer or seller in.

Volume nice strong number to end the year, hopefully this trend continues through the first quarter.

Months of Inventory  drops for the second month, great sign for sellers if this trend continues
