What this means for

Buyers –The general market is becoming more neutral after spending the past few months as a sellers market. For buyers a bigger issue is rates, if they continue to rise as expected that will make a bigger impact on your payment than rising home prices so if your thinking about buying you may be better off doing so sooner rather than later.
