Volume – big drop

Basically homes sold last month would of had to go into escrow during the heart of the holiday season, so since people had other things on their plate besides home buying we expect this number to be lower in January as a reflection of the time of year more than anything else.

Days to Sell -big jump and at a 12 month high. If your thinking about selling keep an eye on this number we expect it to fall quickly over the next couple months as more activity returns to the market.
