Aliso Viejo Real Estate at a Glance: we are starting to see more movement in the market as the year progresses. Prices remain stable as we expect them to throughout the year without any major catalyst coming along to swing the market one way or the other.

South Orange County Real Estate General Economic Conditions: the market showed real signs of a strong summer to come last month. It is still to early to tell but if the trends continue we would have a much more active real estate market this summer than anyone predicted.

Active Inventory – a nice rise showing hinting that the market could be beginning to heat up ahead of summer.

Days to Sell -massive drop hinting at the real possibility of an early start to the prime summer selling season. Next month will be a better indicator so stay tuned.

Sellers - Though it is still early the overall Orange County Real Estate data from last month points to this being a very good summer for home sellers.
